Disturbed vs Judas Priest
Personally, I think Rob Halford would approve.

I was sitting here talking with a couple guys about the new Disturbed album, which imo, is definitely worth the time they’ve made us wait. This album shows that they are a band to be reckoned with. The vocal mix is incredible as is their ever evolving style. The lead in track is almost reminiscent of old Queensryche, and then they blow your senses with Asylum. All in all, I think every album offering from them just shows how broad their talent really is.
Draiman again shares some of his religious history in the song Never Again, his friends pain in Innocence, and the never duplicated, shove this kickass sound down your throat in Animal. I obviously give the Mosalar Approval.
For those who didn’t know about David Draiman and his past, I’m including a snippet. The guy is badass, even if he is Jewish :-p
David Michael Draiman (born March 13, 1973)
After attending Yeshiva High School at the Wisconsin Institute for Torah Study in Milwaukee, Draiman went to South Shore High School in Brooklyn, the Fasman Yeshiva High School, Ida Crown Jewish Academy in Chicago, Valley Torah High School in North Hollywood, California, and finally, the New England Academy of Torah (NEAT), in Providence, Rhode Island, after which he spent the 1991-1992 academic year at the Neveh Zion Yeshiva in Jerusalem. Draiman then triple majored in Business Administration, Philosophy and Political Science at Loyola University. After his schooling he went on to become a medical assistant. When Draiman was sixteen years old, his girlfriend committed suicide. Draiman later wrote a song about the experience, titled “Inside the Fire”, which appeared on the 2008 album Indestructible. This suicide also played a revalent part in the making of the album , due for release August 2010. He claims he is libertarian. Draiman has a younger brother named Benjamin “Ben” Draiman, whose musical style is more folk rock and ambient, and is currently living and performing in Jerusalem, Israel.
